Ticket Commands and other information

Commands and tags

/brokerquestions - all broker deals involving a base must begin with this question

/lowrisk - adds low risk tags informing the buyer/seller the risk involved with the trade.

/mediumrisk - adds medium risk tags informing the buyer/seller the risk involved with the trade.

/highrisk - adds high risk tags informing the buyer/seller the risk involved with the trade. If trade is high risk, make sure both buyer/seller agree to continue. Indicate by having them type "I agree" in the ticket

/opentickets - informs users they may have an open ticket already

Users are only permitted to have 2 active tickets at one time. Users can open as many tickets as they need, but they can only ever have 2 active tickets. If a user reaches out because they can't open a broker ticket inform them they need to close at least one open ticket to proceed or have the counter-party initiate a ticket.

/rename - Changing Ticket name

You can change a ticket name by using the /rename command.

If you exclude a ticket from automatically closing, you should always change the name so it is easy to identify. The ticket naming convention is # Type-Ticket-(number)-User. The number counts up based on the number of opened tickets. When renaming, please include the original ticket number. E.g. change #farm-ticket-1024-user to farm-longterm-ticket-1024-user by typing "/rename farm-longterm-ticket-1024-user"

/brokervouch - (only use after a successful broker deal)

Expectations

As a C3 Support member, you are the main point person for working broker requests. Try to be active in resolving broker requests promptly. We appreciate your willingness to make the C3 Community a community that feels they have our full support. Right now, our average open to read time is 54 minuts. Our goal is to interact with a ticket, especially broker tickets, within 10 minutes of opening.

As our community grows, our ticketing system will grow and evolve with them. We will constantly evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of our process. Things like the 24 hour auto-close may be necessary to adjust. It is up to you to provide us with your feedback.
